Material and Approval Assistant (Japanese bilingual) F/H

2) Contrat : CDD, non cadre, 39h par semaine sans RTT

4) Lieu du poste : Paris

 

5) Salaire annuel brut : 26K € / an

 

6) Missions :

– Work closely with Approval teams and Licensing teams to ensure that contents of licensed works is published in line with the company and rights holders’ guidelines, in both print and digital editions,

– Proceeds of design approvals of cover files of local edition and marketing items,

– Coordinates the approval process that the licensed works can be printed and published according to licensee’s plan,

– Control quality of finished print books of local edition,

– Ensure all required information are documented in various tracking lists,

– Help in inventory control of Japanese sample books and magazines, including order placement for newly published Japanese books,

– Help in arrangement of material data & working copies for local publishers of assigned territories, including follow-up questions and package tracking after shipping,

– Help in preparation of regular shipping of print book samples furnished by local publishers to rights holders,

– Controls quality of e-pub files submitted by local publishers before online-delivery.

 

7) Profil :

– Formation : Bac + 2 minimum

 

– Professionnelles :

– Expérience professionnelle de 1 ans minimum dans un environnement international,

– Expérience professionnelle au Japon fortement appréciée.

– Linguistiques :

– japonais : niveau maternel ou courant

– anglais : bon niveau (niveau business)

– français : apprécié

 

– Utilisation des outils bureautiques sur ordinateur

Pack Office obligatoire (maîtrise d’Excel nécessaire)
