Contract & Royalty Coordinator (Japanese bilingual) F/H
1) Entreprise : Société internationale dans le secteur du divertissement
2) Contrat : CDI, non cadre, 39h par semaine
3) Date d’embauche : ASAP idéalement (le client peut attendre la fin de préavis)
4) Lieu du poste : Paris
5) Salaire annuel brut : 30K € / an (Promotion possible selon les résultats au bout d’un an)
6) Missions :
– Prepare all necessary contracts related to deals made between licensor and its licensees in the world, have them signed by the concerned parties, and archive all signed documents,
– Issue invoices for all the fees and royalties and take care of other financial documents when necessary,
– Collect all licensees’ sales reports, verify, and prepare invoices accordingly,
– Follow all payments and invoices,
– Follow the material arrangement and prepare all necessary papers for payments/invoicing of material fees,
– Ensure compliance with due dates of laid invoices and being primary interlocutor for negotiation if it’s necessary to obtain payments,
– Report to Managers and Licensing coordinators any delay or issue related to contract, payment, sales reports as quick as possible,
– In case of non-compliance with payment or any other terms of the contract licensing, being responsible for monitoring the legal and administrative proceedings to enforce our rights within support of Manager,
– Collect all necessary documents to ensure compliance with licensees’ obligation in case of expiration of contract,
– Assist in preparation of financial reports to rights holders in collaboration with Manager,
– Share and exchange information related to contracts, royalties, payments, and any financial matters,
– Cooperate with Manager to analyse seasonality effect in invoicing, licensees’ financial situation and sales,
– Assist Manager in leading all the necessary installation of the new system/workflow and organizing the necessary training sessions of software.
7) Profil :
– Formation : Bac + 2 minimum
– Professionnelles :
– Expérience professionnelle de 1 ans minimum dans un environnement international,
– Expérience professionnelle au Japon fortement appréciée.
– Linguistiques :
– japonais : niveau maternel ou courant
– anglais : niveau maternel ou courant (niveau businesse minimum)
– français : apprécié (pas obligatoire)
– Utilisation des outils bureautiques sur ordinateur
Pack Office obligatoire (maîtrise d’Excel nécessaire)
